You must not:
-
Use the Site in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
-
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems or associated networks;
-
Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology;
-
Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site;
-
Use automated systems to access or extract information from the Site in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on our systems; or
-
Use our content, branding or intellectual property without appropriate permission.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to place an order through our Site.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.
4. Accounts
You may be able to create a customer account when using our Site.
You are responsible for:
-
Providing accurate and current information;
-
Keeping your login information secure; and
-
Informing us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure where this is outside our reasonable control.
5. Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, sizes and other information displayed on the Site are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, photography and lighting.
Product packaging may occasionally change. Where a packaging change does not materially alter the product you ordered, the packaging you receive may differ slightly from images displayed on the Site.
All products are subject to availability.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where a product is not as described.
6. Product Use
Please read the product information, ingredient information, directions and warnings supplied with the product before use.
Cosmetic products can affect individuals differently. Customers should follow any precautions and usage instructions provided with the product.
If you experience an unexpected or concerning reaction, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
Nothing on the Florettee website is intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
7. Prices
All prices displayed on the Site are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise.
The price payable will be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of any obvious pricing error.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may change product prices from time to time. Changes will not normally affect orders already accepted by us.
8. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed as available during checkout.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
We use third-party payment providers to process transactions securely. We do not control your bank or payment provider's processing times.
9. Orders
After placing an order, you should receive an email confirming that we have received it.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.
A contract between you and Florettee is formed when we accept your order, which may occur when your order is confirmed for fulfilment or dispatched.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
A product is unavailable;
-
Payment cannot be authorised;
-
We identify an obvious pricing or product-information error;
-
We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
-
We are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we subsequently cancel, we will refund the appropriate amount.
10. UK Delivery
Florettee currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.
Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
We aim to deliver orders within the timeframe communicated to you. Unless another timeframe has been agreed, applicable UK consumer law generally requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.
Occasionally, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where a significant delay occurs, we will take reasonable steps to inform you.
Please ensure that the delivery information provided when ordering is complete and accurate.
11. Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for the goods generally passes to you when the goods are delivered into your physical possession or to a person identified by you to receive them, subject to applicable consumer law.
Where you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us, different statutory rules regarding risk may apply.
Ownership of the products will pass to you once we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered, subject to applicable law.
12. Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel or amend an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us at info@florettee.com as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once fulfilment has begun.
If an eligible order has already been dispatched, your statutory cancellation and return rights will continue to apply.
13. Returns and Refunds
Your rights to cancel eligible online purchases and return products are described in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
For eligible distance purchases, customers generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us that they wish to cancel, followed by a further period in which the goods must be returned in accordance with applicable law.
Products should not be handled or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where handling beyond what is reasonably necessary has reduced the value of returned goods, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.
Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full instructions.
14. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Products supplied by Florettee must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described as required by applicable UK consumer law.
If you receive a product that is:
-
Faulty;
-
Damaged;
-
Incorrect; or
-
Not as described,
please contact info@florettee.com with your order details and information about the issue.
Where applicable, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or other remedy under UK consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
15. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, Florettee may offer promotional prices or discount codes.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
Promotions are subject to availability;
-
Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
-
Only one promotional code may be used per order where specified;
-
Promotions may have specific start/end dates or eligibility requirements; and
-
We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary.
Any specific terms accompanying a promotion will apply in addition to these Terms.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by a promotion or discounted price.
16. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content—including the Florettee name, branding, logos, product photography, graphics, designs, written content and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Florettee Ltd unless stated otherwise.
They are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use our protected content without our prior permission, except where permitted by law.

-
Is accurate where it states facts;

-
Does not contain malicious software, spam or misleading commercial material.
We may moderate or remove user content where reasonably necessary.
18. Website Availability
We aim to keep the Site available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may occasionally suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, security or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
19. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses where you are purchasing products wholly for personal and non-commercial use.
20. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or terms of third-party websites that we do not operate.
Third-party payment, delivery and technology providers may also process information or provide services necessary to fulfil your order.
21. Privacy and Cookies
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy and/or cookie consent information available on the Site.
Please review these policies alongside these Terms.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, legal obligations or operational practices.
The latest version will be published on the Site with the relevant "Last updated" date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights relating to orders already placed.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available to you under the laws applicable where you live.
Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable UK law.
